Turnaround Each order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed via the service selected at checkout (First Class, Priority, etc). Tracking is included so you can know when to expect your package.

International Hina Luna now offers First Class International shipping in addition to faster (and more expensive) options including Priority and Express. Be aware that international packages may take longer to arrive than expected at this time. Customers from Australia and New Zealand must choose Priority Express as this is currently the only shipping method available to those countries. Please don’t hesitate to connect if you have any questions before or after ordering!

Preorders If any item in the order was specified as a “preorder”, then clear and regular communication regarding processing updates will be emailed. Keep in mind that all additional items purchased within the same order as preordered items will be shipped when the preordered items are ready. To receive the ready-to-ship items before the preordered items, please place two separate orders.

Packaging With consideration for our earth, orders are lovingly packaged and shipped in plastic-free, biodegradable, and reused materials that can quickly and safely reintegrate back into the earth.

Refunds + Returns

Hina Luna does not accept returns at this time. Returns may be handled on a case by case basis (such as wearable garments) in the form of exchange or shop credit. Discounted items are final sale. If your package arrives damaged, please contact Hina Luna within three days to file a shipping claim and organize a replacement or refund. Hina Luna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
