Shipping + Returns


Each order will be shipped USPS First Class [unless pacakage weight requires Priority] within 3-5 business days of being placed. If an item ordered was specified as “preorder”, then clear and regular communication regarding processing updates will be emailed. Any additional items purchased along with preordered items will be shipped when the preordered items are ready. To receive ready-to-ship items before preordered items, please place two separate orders. International parcels may be delayed due to COVID; currently, Hina Luna is only offering Priority shipping for international customers in an effort to avoid extra-long shipping delays and/or lost packages.

With consideration for our earth, orders are lovingly packaged and shipped in plastic-free, biodegradable materials that can quickly and safely reintegrate back into the earth.

Refunds + Returns

Hina Luna does not accept returns at this time. Refunds may be handled on a case by case basis in the form of shop credit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact Hina Luna within three days to file a shipping claim and organize a replacement or refund. Hina Luna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
