Shipping + Returns


Turnaround Each order will be shipped via USPS First Class [unless package weight requires Priority] within 1-3 business days of being placed. Tracking is included so you can know when to expect your package.

International Parcels shipping outside the USA may be delayed due to COVID; currently, Hina Luna is only offering Priority shipping for international customers in an effort to avoid extra-long shipping delays and/or lost packages. Customers from Australia and New Zealand must choose Priority Express as this is currently the only shipping method available to those countries.

Preorders If any item in the order was specified as a “preorder”, then clear and regular communication regarding processing updates will be emailed. Keep in mind that all additional items purchased along with preordered items will be shipped when the preordered items are ready. To receive the ready-to-ship items before the preordered items, please place two separate orders.

Packaging With consideration for our earth, orders are lovingly packaged and shipped in plastic-free, biodegradable materials that can quickly and safely reintegrate back into the earth.

Refunds + Returns

Hina Luna does not accept returns at this time. Returns may be handled on a case by case basis in the form of shop credit. Discounted items are final sale. If your package arrives damaged, please contact Hina Luna within three days to file a shipping claim and organize a replacement or refund. Hina Luna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
