Customer agrees they have provided a correct and secure mailing address at the time of placing an order.
Customer agrees not to hold Hina Luna LLC or its owner responsible in the case of a lost or damaged parcel by USPS. Contact with Hina Luna must be made within three days of parcel arrival to report damages and file a claim.
Hina Luna LLC and its owner will not be held responsible if the tracking number indicates the shipment was marked as “delivered” by USPS.
Hina Luna LLC and its owner assume no responsibility for the improper use of any of the products sold on this site. Your purchase from hinaluna.com waives, without exception, your right to hold Hina Luna or its owner liable in any way for the misuse of our products.
You are agreeing to indemnify and hold Hina Luna LLC and its owner harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, penalties, fines, costs and/or expenses arising from, or relating, to any injury, illness, or harm caused by the use of our products.
Customer agrees not to hold Hina Luna responsible for any fees that incur for Domestic or International shipments.
